Aruba promotes PBS (PartnerBranded Support)services in the Chinese market, known as after-sales service support for Aruba authorized products, designed to provide a wide range of high-quality and efficient services to end customers.
Since June 1, 2019, Aruba FC(Foundation Care, BasicCustomer Service) service has been fully upgraded to provide 7X24 Mandarin support (hotline: 400-810-6618). In addition to the after-sales service hotline upgrade, in order to improve customer after-sales satisfaction,Aruba strictly audit, in China in accordance with technical strength, service capabilities and industry characteristics to select PBS authorized service providers.
To qualify as Aruba's PBS partner, the service provider must first be Aruba's Platinum partner, while meeting two basic conditions, namely, technical + delivery capability 。
Technical requirementsThe service provider is required to have 2 licensed employees (i.e. 1 person holds an ACMP certificate and the other holds an ACCP certificate).
Delivery capacityThis means that the partner must have the ability to provide complete technical services (including a 24x7x365 call center; a Level 1 and Level 2 technical support capability as defined by Aruba; customer on-site technical support; parts replacement and software upgrades).
In addition, the partner's renewal rate must ) 80% andits coverage nationwide. If you meet these criteria, you have the opportunity to become a partner of Aruba's PBS.
